Monday Drop In

Sponsored by Caledonia Activity Place – Focusing on Positive Mental Health

Starting Monday, September 21st and running until Monday, December 14^th Caledonia Activity Place will be offering a drop-in service focusing on maintaining and promoting positive mental health for the Fundy Albert area!

Each Monday (excluding holidays) we are offering a safe space for those 19+ to drop in and take part in activities, open discussions or just have a coffee.

Some of the activities would include, mindful journaling, creating a vision board, meditation app sessions, hobby hour (painting, reading, gardening, crocheting, cooking, etc.), cards, games just to name a few.
