You can't build independence without building community.That's why four organizations share this building. We're not just neighbours, we’re partners. Together, we create what psychologists call a "support ecosystem," but we just call it common sense: people do better when they have what they need, all in one place.

It's a smart farming system where fish and plants help each other grow. The fish waste feeds the plants. The plants clean the water for the fish. It's nature's perfect circle—and it teaches you everything about responsibility, systems thinking, and real work.What you learn: Daily work routines (feeding, testing water, harvesting) How systems work (when one thing affects another) Science you can see (biology, chemistry, ecosystems) Sustainable agriculture skills Teamwork and accountabilityBest part? Plants and fish don't judge you. They just need you to show up and do the work. And when you do, they grow. So do you.
